Pajama Kids

Just some pictures that I took one morning of the kiddos in matching pajamas.  They are such cute, fun children and I thought these photos captured our happy mornings together.

Football Season

We did football season again this year.  The boys love going to Daddy's football games.  In between their cheering sessions, the boys like to run around the track and do mini races.  I love the opportunity for everyone to get out and run around and enjoys some fresh air.

This year Stephen's team took home the trophy!

Pumpkin Purée and Pumpkin Bread

As Thanksgiving was approaching we decided to try and make some pumpkin purée from our Halloween pumpkins.  Stephen cut the pumpkins into large slabs and I scooped out all the insides.  (The boys were not too keen on helping clean out the insides.)

Then we baked our pumpkin slices in the oven until we could poke a fork in them.

The skins then peeled right off and after a couple seconds in the blender.....WHALA!...pumpkin purée.

We then made some very yummy pumpkin bread and pumpkin cookies.  It was a lot of fun and I think the boys really enjoyed our little baking project.  (Eleanor was very interested as well.)

All Dressed Up

Last month I got my three little cuties all dressed up for some photos.  Here area a couple of the ones that turned out.
Eleanor is in the busy stage so it can be a bit tricky to get a good photo, but the boys were very patient.  (Especially considering I took these photos the same day I had them all get dressed up in their Halloween costumes!)

Zoo Animals

Before putting away the Halloween costumes I took a couple minutes to take some pictures of our little "zoo animals."

I love how much fun the holidays are starting to be now that the boys are getting older.  Looking forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas and the fun craft and baking projects ahead as the holiday season rolls in.

Sweet Little Ghost

The day after Halloween I made a couple of bows for Eleanor.  I had some fun "Halloweenie" ribbon and made a couple of bows out of it for the little Miss.  We then got dressed up in a Halloween onesis so that we could wear the bows for a couple of hours.
(Ah the joys of having a little girl!  At least we'll be prepared for next year.)

Trick or Treat

We were going to go to another trunk or treat on Halloween but Emerson wasn't feeling very well and it was very wet and rainy outside so we decided to stay at home instead.

The boys didn't mind too much...until we got our first set of trick or treaters....then they wanted to go out too.  So we did a quick change into our costumes and knocked on a couple doors in our neighborhood.

This was the first time they had ever went knocking on doors for candy and they really enjoyed themselves despite the wet weather.
